REFUND POLICY
At The Fade Theory, we maintain small-batch production and quality control standards.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
To request a refund:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID
- Provide clear images of the issue
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Size issues
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Intimate / body-fit pieces
RETURN POLICY
We offer returns only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- Original tags must be intact
- Item must be in original packaging
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
If approved, return pickup will be arranged.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer size exchange only, subject to availability.
Conditions:
- Exchange request within 5 days of delivery
- Product must be unworn and unwashed
- Shipping charges for exchange may apply
As we operate on limited inventory, exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on stock availability.
